Kendra Gives Back Party

Join us on Feburary 22nd for a Kendra Gives Back Party! When you shop at the Leawood Kendra Scott location from 6-8 p.m. 20% of the proceeds will go to the KC Cheer Booster Club Choreography Camp Scholarship fund.  All 2017-2018 KC Cheer athletes will be eligible to apply for the choreography camp scholarship!

For those that can’t make it in to the store to shop, but want to support, they can do so by calling the store (913-326-1806) the day of the event and placing a phone order.

Never heard of Kendra Scott? It's a beautiful jewelry brand that comes in a ton of colors (including red, black and white!) You can even design your own at the Kendra Scott Color Bar in the store! Check out some of the jewelry here!

The KC Cheer picnic is here again! 

Saturday, October 15

Picnic, Haunted House and Donut Walk start at 5:30

Trunk or Treat starts at 7:00

Plan to bring your assigned team item (listed below) and lawn chairs while we enjoy a haunted house, donut walk, and trunk or treat! Please fill out a sign up form to RSVP for this event, and turn it in by October 10.

We're also looking for volunteers to help set up the event. Please sign up here!

TRUNK OR TREAT

 Families can park their cars in the trunk or treat line, decorate them in order to win a prize, and hand out candy to the trick or treaters!

  • Please arrive by 5:00 to park your car
  • You must stay parked until the event is over
  • Please bring candy to hand out at your car
  • Decorations are encouraged. Go all out!

TRUNK OR TREAT PRIZES

  1.  $150 toward 1 month of gym tuition
  2. $75 toward 1 month of gym tuition
  3. $30 gift certificate to the Pro shop

HAUNTED HOUSE AND DONUT WALK

KC Cheer Fearless will be hosting a haunted house and donut walk in order to raise money for The 2016 Cheerleading Worlds. You can purchase tickets for $1 each to participate in these fun events!

  • Haunted House: 2 tickets per visit
  • Donut Walk: 1 ticket per turn

You may also purchase a wristband for $12 that allows unlimited visits to the Haunted House and unlimited turns at the donut walk.

WHAT TO BRING: 

Note: Chips, bottled water, soda and baked beans must be dropped off in the main gym by Thursday, October 13

  • Hot dogs and hamburgers will be provided by the KC Cheer Booster Club

Athletes participating in the Gift Card fundraiser may turn in their sold raffle tickets in order to receive additional tickets to sell on one of the second ticket pickup dates. 

In order to receive more tickets, athletes must turn in their sold ticket stubs, their ticket forms and a check made out to the KC Cheer Booster Club in a sealed envelope with their names on it. Envelopes may be delivered to a Booster Club board member in the arena or to the Booster Club Mailbox in the Main Gym.

Trashbags must be picked up on this day. We will not hold trashbags that are not claimed.

Some items are frozen and they will not be stored at the gym after 6:30, so it is very important that you come and pick up your order.

This is a reminder that "Fundraising Favorites" orders are due this Thursday, (May 26) by 8:00 p.m. Orders may be turned in at the Main Gym in the Booster Club mailbox. 

All orders turned in to the Booster Club mailbox should include: 

  • Order form with your cheerleader's name on it
  • One check for your entire order made out to KC Cheer Booster Club
