Beginner I

Ages 7 and up* 

50 minutes, 8:1 ratio

Students in beginner classes learn the fundamental body positions and skills from forward rolls to handsprings. Athletes at this level will focus on developing strength and flexibility along with technique as a basis for more advanced tumbling skills.

    • Hollow

    • Front Support

    • Straddle

    • Pike

    • Tuck

  • Cartwheel

  • Handstand

  • Handstand Forward Roll

  • Front limber

  • Backbend kickover
