Below is the list of classes KC Cheer offers as part of our recreational instruction program. Click on a class to learn more about the pre-requisites for each class, the material covered and the class duration. Once you have decided the class that best suits you, register and pay for that class on our class registration page.

All classes are open to members and non-members of KC Cheer. Registration is continuous and billed on the 1st of each month. Cancel in writing to Mary Lewis at mary@kccheer.com

beginner Classes

Students in beginner classes will master basic body positions and flexibility and will learn the basic tumbling skills. Athletes at this level will then train all level one and two skills and build strength in handspring passes for future aerial skills. Intermediate Classes

Students in intermediate classes learn aerial skills like tucks and layouts and strengthen standing handspring passes. Athletes at this level will train all level three and four skills. Click the links to the classes below for more information and a list of the skills learned in each class

Advanced Classes

 Students in advanced classes have mastered specialty passes to layout and standing tucks. Athletes at this level train twisting and bounding passes. Click the links to the classes below for more information and a list of the skills learned in each class
