KC Cheer hosts various "specialty" tumbling and cheer clinics throughout the season. Here is where you will find all information including times, dates and cost of these special classes. All classes can be registered for on the table below or on the "register for class" section of the website.
Summer Boot Camps
We are offering 2 sessions for Summer Boot Camp for Tumbling & Flight School. Sessions 1 will run Monday through Friday, June 10-14 and Sessions 2 will run Monday through Friday, July 8-12. Registration is open, see below.
Bootcamps are five days of training meant to sharpen level appropriate basics and learn specialty skills. Daily instruction gives us the opportunity to cover every skill in each level as well as combination passes and jumps. These bootcamps are a great way to up your game and stand out this season. The prerequisites for each level are meant to keep athletes working within their level and obtaining specialty versions of skills they can already do, as well as, new skills they’ve never tried.
Athletes should enroll in their current level for both bootcamps as they will have the opportunity to work higher level skills in the second cycle. Level changes will be recommended following the first cycle of bootcamps. Can only attend one session of camp? That’s fine too, we’ll bring you up to speed as is necessary!

Level 1 & 2 - 10:00-11:25 a.m.
Level 3 & 4 - 11:30-1:00 p.m.
Level 5 & 6 - 1:00-2:25 p.m.
Flight bootcamps are five days of training meant to strengthen technique and gain confidence when performing in the air. Athletes will spend three days working on building and two days training tosses while focusing on consistently showcasing gym-specific technique and cleanliness. Athletes will cover all basic skills for their level as well as difficult transitions and body positions in higher levels. Bootcamps are separated into two levels to help athletes work on appropriate skills for their age, size, and skill level. If athletes need to be moved for any reason they will be told after the first day of bootcamp.
Flight 1 - 10:30-11:55 a.m.
Flight 2 - 12:00-1:25 p.m.

Monday fun day! mini camp
Join us for an afternoon of Fun! Learning all aspects of Cheer! Includes dance, stunting & tumbling. Bring your friends and enjoy an afternoon of learning what all star cheer is all about while meeting new friends and having fun!
Monday, June 10 from 12:00-3:00 p.m.
$30 for the day.
Instructors for Monday Fun Day are Ashleigh Whitney and Allison Stevens
Athletes will perform a routine for their parents/friends at the end of the camp day!

Boot Camps are skill and/or level-specific and are two days for each specific skill.
Workshops are one day events and are a combination of elements taught. The workshops will breakout into smaller groups for level-specific tumbling, but other elements will be taught group style.
