KC Cheer is home to the most successful Allstar program in the Kansas City area, and is one of the most prestigious programs in the midwest.  With 13 full-year competitive teams for 2019-2020, we have a place for kids of all ages and skill levels.

Many changes are being made to the current “tiers” in the Allstar Cheer industry. Beginning with the 2019-2020 season our full season teams will now be referred to as Allstar Elite. Changes are also being made to the USASF levels and age requirements within Allstar Elite. Most importantly, teams formerly competing as Level 5 Restricted, will now be Level 5 and former Level 5 (Worlds Teams) will now compete at Level 6.

The Allstar Elite season is year round. Practices start in May and teams practice and compete until the following April. Teams showcase their talents at many local Kansas City competitions and travel to places like St. Louis, Indianapolis, Oklahoma City, Dallas, Atlanta, Nashville and Orlando to compete against some of the best teams in the country.

Within our Allstar Elite program, we also have an established Worlds Team program. KC Cheer is currently home to two of the strongest Worlds Teams in the Midwest: Fierce 5 and Fearless. We were the first gym from Kansas to take a team to Worlds in 2006 and have competed at the event annually ever since. For the past four years, both of our Worlds teams have finished in the top 10 of their divisions. At Worlds 2017, KC Cheer Fearless finished in the top 10 in the Small Senior All Girl division, and KC Cheer Fierce 5 was crowned the Bronze Champion of the Small Coed Division.

KC Cheer also offers a Global Coed Open team for those above the age of 18 who are looking to continue their cheerleading careers. Fireball, made an appearance at The Cheerleading Worlds in 2017, 2018 & 2019 competed in the Global International Level 5 division.

We have also taken at least one team to the Summit all-levels championships since its inception in 2012. KC Cheer had six teams compete at the Summit 2017, seven team compete at the Summit 2018, and eight teams at the Summit 2019.
