foundations & beginner Classes

Foundations serves as the introduction for all athletes joining our tumbling program and is the mandatory first class for all new athletes before receiving class placement. Athletes must demonstrate adequate strength and flexibility as well as mastery of basic shapes and skills needed for long term tumbling progress before moving on from this class.

Students in beginner classes have already mastered basic body positions and flexibility and have tested out of Foundations. Athletes at this level will train all level one and two skills and build strength in handspring passes for future aerial skills. Intermediate Classes

Students in intermediate classes learn aerial skills like tucks and layouts and strengthen standing handspring passes. Athletes at this level will train all level three and four skills. Click the links to the classes below for more information and a list of the skills learned in each class

Advanced Classes

Students in advanced classes have mastered specialty passes to layout and standing tucks. Athletes at this level train twisting and bounding passes. Click the links to the classes below for more information and a list of the skills learned in each class
