CONTRACTS
Approximately 20 members with outstanding balance on BC dues.
SPONSORSHIPS
Discussion was concerned with finding donors, local business volunteers, banner update. Joslyn reached out to previous donors - looking good so far. Joslyn has started a spreadsheet for donors and potential donors.
Banner update - Cost will be $130-$150. We will get a couple to fit all sponsors
Carla to finish sponsorship slide and local business letters
Tanners will not participate
FUNDRAISING
Other fundraisers
Gift Cards (August): Dollar donations instead of Gift Card. Joslyn to ask Mary about payment and to purchase Gift Cards.
Mums - too late this year. Need to sign up earlier
Fundraising Favorites (October): Not very popular so we may want to trade out with something different.
Texas Roadhouse (November): Joslyn sent an email for information. Still waiting for a reply. Several attempts with no response, we will walk away from this one.

Pies - This is a maybe. You only get a card, not an actual pie

TEAM COMMUNICATIONS
BAND - Majority of the gym is on band - no issues noted
Coaches Favorite Lists - All returned except Jake and Kristi. Results sent to team parents
Coaches spotlight - Carla to make a coaches spotlight and post so people get to know them. Kristin & Addison to help with pictures
FALL EVENT
Date decided on - October 2nd
Shawnee Mission Park Shelter 4 - no rain out day (cost is $115)
Antoinette is providing the photographer, Alysha will develop schedule.
Food (sandwiches, chips, cookies) Antoinette is researching. Donations whenever possible.
Budget - $5/athlete $1600
Balloons - KC Cheer and numbers for levels
Other things to do or just stand around and take pictures and eat - Clothes pins?
Pictures - just team Practice wear with team jerseys
Need volunteers - 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

SPIRIT SPECTACULAR
October 31st
Baskets - what are the rules? Do the team parents know? Yes
Vendor Contracts - Joslyn will work on this and email out
Tables - KC Cheer has 4. Do we need more?
BC table - “Grams” to be pre-ordered. Waiting to hear on cookies and flowers

TEAM DINNERS
Oklahoma - everyone will be there except Flippers and Fantastic. Budget is $20/person for approximately 320 people including coaches. Courtney to research.
BOOSTER CLUB APPAREL
Football jersey and muscle tee - muscle tee will have the sponsors on it - Heidi and Joslyn are
working on it - need jersey prior to fall event
CHARITY EVENT(S)
Toys for Tots - after Thanksgiving
need to determine date that toys need to be donated

Informal team pictures will be taken at the Fall Picnic
