Super Bowl Squares - start selling these now! Fill out this form and pay by Thursday, February 8th. The exact net profit you will receive will depend on how many people participate.
How it works:
Basically, individuals sign up for a square at $10/square in this google form. We will make a grid with columns and rows numbered randomly from 0 to 9 (after the grid is populated with names, numbers will be generated randomly). As names are entered into the google form AND payment is received, we will populate the squares until the bracket is full. Once the first grid is filled, a second grid will be started, and so on.
Please fill out ONE google form and send ONE Venmo payment for all of your participants. DO NOT SEND IN YOUR FORMS UNTIL THEY ARE DUE AND YOU ARE DONE SELLING!
How to win:
At the end of each quarter of the game, if your square matches the last number of each team’s score, you win! Winners for each FULLY sold bracket get $100 Gift Card per quarter!! If the bracket is not fully sold, then the prize will be discounted to ensure each athlete gets a profit per square sold. This means get your squares sold early to make sure you get in a fully sold bracket!!
