KC Cheer Swag!

For the second year, KC Cheer Booster Club is doing a TEAM FUNDRAISER specifically for TEAM SWAG!!  EVERYONE, please fill out this google form by July 19th (explanation of details below): https://forms.gle/96MhkxR6d2bjSiVf9 

TEAM SWAG = "STUFF WE ALL GET" = the previous "goodie bags" representing team bonding.  In the past, the TEAM SWAG (goodie bags) financial burden has been on the team parent or the team parent asks parents throughout the year to help with these items.  

We allocated some of the membership dues towards TEAM SWAG, and we are offering this fundraising opportunity.  This TEAM FUNDRAISER represents the amount each athlete should try to raise to cover the remaining budget for TEAM SWAG.    

TEAM FUNDRAISER = each athlete’s profit goes towards their TEAM up to the maximum amount (new this year).  Once you hit the maximum profit amount, then the remainder can go to your individual account.  You can opt to have all of your profits go towards the team if you like.   

BUY OUT OPTION: Don't like doing fundraisers?? BUT your athlete enjoys TEAM SWAG??? Then please donate your athlete's portion to help cover their costs.  If you choose this option, please fill out the google form accordingly.

Depending on how many we sell, profit per pizza will range from $4.75 to $5.85 per pizza.  For the Dipsticks, we will make 50% profit, which is $1.50 per dipstick.  

TIMING and LOGISTICS:

  • Totals and money are due WEDNESDAY, JULY 19TH  

    • Parents/Athletes keep track of your individual orders 

    • Submit your totals in the google form:  https://forms.gle/96MhkxR6d2bjSiVf9 

    • Payment can be VENMO @KCCheer-BoosterClub or Check

  • Delivery date AUGUST 7th from 5:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. YOU HAVE TO BE THERE as these are frozen pizzas.  Dipsticks will also be distributed on this day. 

  • Think about bringing a cooler or coolers if you live far away.

  • Sorry, no gluten free options on the pizza

NOTE: If you are very successful at these fundraisers, any profit made beyond 150% of the goal for team SWAG per athlete will go to your individual account UNLESS you choose to elect all of it to go towards the team SWAG.
