Flight School

1 HOUR 15 MINUTES - Monday class   10:4 RATIO

45 mins - Wednesday class

Students in flight school gain experience in the air on  our well trained bases.  Athletes start by learning basic flight technique and progress through body positions and advanced entry and dismount skills as well as basket tosses and partner stunts. 

Class includes:

  • Stretching

  • Core conditioning necessary to hold proper body positions

  • Work on actual flying skills beginning at a basic level and progressing through advanced skills.
