Summer Beginning Tumbling

Special 6 week session during the summer

60 MINUTES, 8:1 RATIO

Skills learned: 

  • Cartwheels with proper starts and finishes

  • Roundoff with proper blocking technique

  • Unassisted handstands (start/finish in proper lunge)

  • Front limbers

  • Backward rolls and backward extension rolls

  • Bridge kick overs

  • Backwalkovers

  • Emphasis on proper body technique for higher level skills (lunge, candlestick, hollow body, T-in and T-out of skills)

  • Will advance to back handsprings

Prerequisite skills: No experience necessary
