60 MINUTES, 8:1 RATIO
Skills learned:
Cartwheels with proper starts and finishes
Roundoff with proper blocking technique
Unassisted handstands (start/finish in proper lunge)
Front limbers
Backward rolls and backward extension rolls
Bridge kick overs
Backwalkovers
Emphasis on proper body technique for higher level skills (lunge, candlestick, hollow body, T-in and T-out of skills)
Will advance to back handsprings
Prerequisite skills: No experience necessary
