Here are the extra practices currently scheduled for next Saturday, Jan. 14th. Coaches may add teams going to ASC if they feel it is necessary and notify the teams this week.
Saturday, Jan. 14th:
1:00 - 3:00 - Fab & Fresh
3:00-5:00 - Fearless & Flash
5:00-7:00 - Fever
6:00-8:00 - Fierce 5
Teams traveling to ASC should expect an extra practice either on the 14th or the week of the 23rd or possibly both should coaches feel it is necessary.
