It’s finally here! We are so excited for The Summit 2024. Below you will find information to help you prepare for our weekend in Orlando. for those of you who have not traveled to Disney for a cheer competition you will find some of this information very helpful as you prepare to travel.

The following teams will be competing at the Summit End of Season event on May 3-5, 2024 in Orlando FL:

Don’t forget you must link your Park Hopper passes to your My Disney app so that it registers your entry in ESPN and the parks. Everyone will need a participant or spectator lanyard to ride the competition transfers. Commuters (athletes and spectators) are not allowed to ride the buses to and from the All Star and ESPN Wide World of Sports. If you are staying Off property, you will need to provide your own transportation to ESPN.

Since we have several athletes staying off property, all teams will meet their coaches in front of the GLOBE at ESPN at the designated meet time. THE GLOBE AT ESPN WILL BE OUR OFFICIAL MEETING SPOT THROUGHOUT SUMMIT.

Please be on time when and where you should be dressed in practice wear or uniform as stated below. All athletes must have their tank top over practice wear when not at practice, and Senior level teams must always have their midriff covered when in uniform! Please have your gym tank top with you at all times.

ALL ATHLETES please remember that as fun as it is to be at Disney, we are going there to compete. No swimming or parks prior to competing each day. Please use sunscreen and stay hydrated. We need everyone to be 100% ready to compete.

FLAWLESS AND FAB athletes should plan to meet, dressed in new practice wear by the ESPN GLOBE at 6:00 p.m
FLAWLESS will practice at ESPN at 7:00 p.m.
FAB will practice at ESPN at 7:30 p.m.
These practices will be in the Allstate Field House practice area. We will take practice wear pictures with JC prior to practices.
Practices will end by 8:15 p.m.
Curfew is 10:00 p.m.

ESPN SINGLE DAY TICKETS
Remember that entrance into ESPN Wide World of Sports is included for anyone on the hotel travel package or anyone who has purchased extra Walt Disney World Park Hopper passes from Varsity. They do not need to purchase a Sports Complex ticket as it is included on their Park Hopper Pass. For those who are not included in above and need to purchase tickets, they are $45 per person, per day and can be purchased below. After purchase, you will receive an email from ESPN Wide World of Sports with your tickets attached.

• NEW this year: Single day tickets must be purchased for the specific day you are interested in attending. For Example: Saturday entrance must have a corresponding Saturday ticket.

ESPN PREMIUM PARKING RESERVATION: To purchase a premium parking spot at the complex prior to arriving at the event, CLICK HERE. Free parking will still be available as well. Premium Parking Sports are available for purchase on a first come, first served basis.

DISCOUNTED PARK TICKETS: Friday, April 19th is the last day to order any additional discounted Theme Park tickets. These tickets do also include entrance into ESPN Wide World of Sports for competition days.
