The Summit will take place at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Florida from April 30 - May 4th.

Hard to believe it's here - Summit 2026. It’s been a season filled with new experiences for all of these teams and coaches. Quite honestly, some of the highest highs and lowest lowsI But the athletes have persevered, overcome & moved forward as a team and we could not be more proud of all of them. Enjoy the experience at the Summit and show off all the hard work you’ve been putting in!

In this email you will find information to help you prepare for our weekend in Florida. For those of you who have not traveled to Disney for a cheer competition you will find some of this information very helpful as you prepare for travel. Athletes please review the packing list to be sure you have everything.

Don’t forget you must link your park hopper pass to your My Disney App so that it registers your entry into ESPN and the parks. Everyone will need a participant or spectator lanyard to ride the buses. Commuters (athletes/spectators) are not allowed to ride the buses to and from the Allstar to the competition.

Athletes will need a lanyard and park hopper pass to get into ESPN each day!

Since we have several athletes & coaches staying off property all teams will meet their coaches in front of the Globe at ESPN at designated meet time. The GLOBE at ESPN will be our official meeting spot throughout the Summit.

Please be on time when and where you should be dressed in Practice wear or uniform as stated. Traffic, lines and buses all take much longer than you expect so plan accordingly.

All athletes must have tank top over practice wear when not at practice, and Sr. teams must always have midriff covered when in uniform! Please have team tank top with you at all times.

All athletes please remember that as fun as it is to be at Disney, we are going there to compete. No swimming or parks prior to competing each day. Please use sunscreen and stay hydrated. We need everyone to be 100% ready to compete.

We will take team pictures in practice wear prior to each team practice as posted below, and each team will do uniform pictures with Jamie Christian after they compete day 1.

Athletes are required to stay after they compete to meet with teams and review scoring as well as set any necessary practices.

Athlete Information

Wednesday:

Flawless will practice & have team pictures at ESPN. Practice will be in the Advent Health Area practice area. All athletes should plan to meet dressed in new practice wear outside by the ESPN Globe at 4:45. We will take practice wear pictures at 5:45. Practice is at 6:30 and athletes will be released by 7:15.

Curfew is 10:00 pm.

Thursday:

Flawless competes in prelims on this day. Please be dressed and ready to compete when you meet your coach at ESPN. Team Bow - Day 1 (pink bow)

Fresh will have practice wear pics and practice on Thursday at ESPN at time listed below:

ALL Teams should arrive at ESPN dressed in Practice wear and KC Cheer Summit Tank in time to watch Flawless at 9:30 am if you are in Orlando at this time.
