Below is the information for Flawless. Please be aware of the Master KC Cheer Schedule for all performance times on Saturday.
Thursday, February 27
TRAVELING
All athletes are required to ride the bus to Dallas. The buses will leave from the parking lots at KC Cheer. If you are parking your car at KC Cheer please be sure to park only in front of our building or at the Arena. If you are dropping off please enter from the WEST END of the back parking lot and stay out of the way of the buses. Please be on the bus by 3:45 so we can leave promptly at 4:00pm.
The bus will not be stopping for dinner, so please make sure your cheerleader has snacks and drinks for the entire 9 hour trip. We will also be making a few "stretch" stops for the drivers, but cheerleaders will not be allowed off the bus during these stops.
When we arrive in Dallas, cheerleaders should take their luggage to their rooms and retire for the night.
Friday, February 28
Day 1 Attire - Gray Sponsorship Tee, White Bow with Tails, Warm Up.
Flawless will meet coaches in the lobby of the hotel at 3:30 dressed and ready and they’ll take them over to the arena to perform.
Team members will report to team room A119 at the convention center at 5:15. Flawless will compete in Hall E at 7:24pm.
At 9:00pm, we will get on the bus and go back to the hotel.
Saturday, February 29
Flawless will go over at 1:15 with Fierce Five to watch for the day. Coaches will let team mom know if there will be a meeting or a practice. She will communicate this to the team through the Band app.
Flawless will stay at the Arena for the remainder of the day with the rest of the KC Cheer teams.
Sunday, March 1
Day 2 Attire - White Sparkle Tank, Red Tailless Bow, Warm Up
Flawless will be one of the first teams of the day, regardless of their placement. They will need to be in the lobby dressed and ready to go at 6:00 a.m. When they come down to meet their coaches they will also be loading luggage on the bus for the trip home, as we will not be coming back to the hotel.
Flawless awards session will be at 12:00p.m.
Flawless will board the buses some time Sunday afternoon to return home. We will update team moms as soon as we know this time.
