Spectacular
Heidi has organized the Team Baskets.
Anne to send an update on the Auction Website via Band to team parents.
Anne to import email addresses to the auction website for easy login for parents.
Ticket sales - not necessary as the event will now take place at KC Cheer.
Video event - Facebook Live, post to Band, etc. Anne confirmed with Jake that he will video and add to each team’s Band app.
CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS
9 sponsors
Incentives include - names posted to t-shirt, names posted to banner, names/logo on KCC website, 1/2 page ad in annual yearbook, VIP tickets, end of season video.
Sponsorship funds - Carla purchased our sponsorship banner for Spectacular to display.

Final mock-up in process with sponsor names
T-shirts are ordered; sizing was limited
CONTRACTS
Invoices continue to be sent out to members with unpaid dues
FUNDRAISING
Fundraising favorites pickup is November 5th. Only 2 on-site orders so will handle individually. The rest of the orders shipped direct.
CHARITY EVENTS
Toys for Tots - Krstin in contact with the organization.
November 26th through December 7th
Carla will create a flyer
Request each team to create a LARGE sized moving box decorated for donations.
We will create a tally system to track winning team for a pizza or ice cream party
TEAM PARENTS
Team pictures (fun version for yearbook)
Holiday parties - parents will start to plan with social distancing measures in great consideration.
