Discussion was concerned with finding donors, local business volunteers, banner update.
Carla to finish sponsorship slide and local business letters
Joslyn to talk with Tanners & send email to parents
FUNDRAISING
Thank you to all who helped with Trash Bags. Our counts were the most accurate this year!
Here is what is left to sell - 2 Yellow, 12 white, 8 Blue and 48 paper.
Potentially we could sell leftovers at the Spirit Spectacular

Gift Cards (August): Dollar donations instead of Gift Card. Joslyn to ask Mary about payment
Mums - too late this year. Need to sign up earlier
Fundraising Favorites (October): Not very popular so we may want to trade out with something different.
Texas Roadhouse (November): Joslyn sent an email for information. Still waiting for a reply.

BAND - Waiting on the updated athlete list, but majority of the gym is on band
Coaches Favorite Lists - Carla to send Joslyn questions for favorites list
Coaches spotlight - Carla to make a coaches spotlight and post so people get to know them.
FALL EVENT
Date decided on - October 2nd
Shawnee Mission Park Shelter 4 - no rain out day (cost is $115)
Have photographer for the day - make schedules
Joslyn to send out email for save the date
Food (sandwiches, chips, cookies) Antoinette is researching. Donations whenever possible.
Balloons - KC Cheer and numbers for levels
SPIRIT SPECTACULAR
October timeframe
Need to inform team parents about baskets - what are the rules
Kristin will reach out to Heidi about rules and then to team parents
Sell trash bags, bracelets, and yearbooks
SCHOLARSHIP FUNDRAISER
Flowers at Spirit Spectacular - need to find volunteers to sit at tables
Depends on location of Spectacular
TEAM DINNERS
Will determine where once schedule is out.
Or just have team moms do something

Football Jersey and muscle tee - muscle tee will have the sponsors on it
