The November Booster Club Board meeting minutes are as follows:

This meeting was a Band post and all members were informed of the information.

CONTRACTS
One member with outstanding balance on BC dues. Joslyn will follow up with this family.
SPONSORSHIPS
Carla will follow up with Dairy Farmers of America to check things off the promised list.
FUNDRAISING
Hurts donuts is not doing fundraising. We had other ideas, but nothing is panning out of November/December. We will start back up in January.
Tammy & Alysha to come up with January and February ideas.
The fund your uniform fundraiser will be done in April
Bedsheets are coming on Wednesday. We need to sort and hand out. Joslyn will plan to sort them on Thursday afternoon/evening

Jessica - Please come up with a blurb that can be posted on the team parent Band.
What other communications do we need to do?
Kristin can post on the Team Parent Band
Kick off on December 1st and will run through Dec 12th.
Donations are DUE Dec 13th so that only give us Monday 12/13 to deliver them.
We can stop taking donations on Dec 10th if you think that would be better

Antoinette - is it okay to wait until after the break to book the venue?

Antoinette we need to figure out these photos
Maybe do it for extra practice for the 12/4 comp or maybe before America’s Best.
America’s Best is downtown or we have them do it before their extra practice??
We need to get at least a few teams knocked out.
Yearbook contest - just need to remember after break to send out contest for the yearbook cover.
